H&M has launched ONE/SECOND/SUIT, the first rental service to boost job interview confidence. The new service from H&M Man is free and allows men to rent suits for up to 24 hours. Research has revealed that it takes one second for employers to assess a candidate based on first impressions, ONE/SECOND/SUIT aims to tackle this bias by ensuring the potential inside isn't overlooked because of what one is wearing.
