Homes & Gardens celebrates its centenary with its biggest issue in 10 years and the launch of a premium website. The birthday issue includes 60 pages of anniversary content charting the values, aesthetics, styles, opinions and characters that have featured in the magazine.
Homes & Gardens has also announced the launch of its website homesandgardens.com for the centenary year. The website is dedicated to delivering decorating inspiration, stunning houses and design insights from industry players to the brand’s growing online audience.
Heal's, who advertised the launch issue of Homes & Gardens in June 1919, is involved with the celebrations and has helped create a window display at its flagship Tottenham Court Road store that will feature a furniture collection designed by Homes & Gardens throughout May.
In addition, a lively calendar of reader events across the summer will be hosted, including talks with some of the best-known authorities in the industry and the first Homes & Gardens House Tours.
