Hot Yoga Society has announced a collaboration with US yoga teacher and body positive advocate Jessamyn Stanley for the launch of The Hot Yoga Society Big Weekender, taking place from 3-6 March. Exclusive to Hot Yoga Society, Jessamyn will be offering her signature classes, including Heart Opening Vinyasa (60 min) and Turn It Upside Down Workshop, which includes the basics of inverted yoga (120 min). In addition to yoga and hot room classes, Hot Yoga Society also specialises in providing a 360 degree view on wellbeing via Mindfullness Meditation and nutritional workshops.
