Carly Hacon, previously editorial assistant at Promedia publishing, has been appointed editorial assistant at Top of The Pops Magazine and Girl Talk. Carly will be writing about topics targeted at young girls aged from 7-14, including fashion, gadgets, experiences, celeb interviews, prizes for giveaways, music events and festivals, and tv and film.
