PR experts Ann Marie Clarke and Ana Addai have launched a new boutique consultancy, Inclusive Consultancy, helping businesses and brands in the fashion and creative industries to embed equality into the care of what they do. Between them Ann Marie and Ana have over three decades of experience in fashion, marketing and advertising, helping to build brands such as Gap, Arcadia, Debenhams and Virgin.
With a focus on supporting organisations to tackle race and gender equality challenges within the modern workplace, the founders are joined by specialist consultants covering areas including HR, Mental Health and Wellbeing and PR & Communications. HR lead, Taj Amani Foster brings a wealth of experience from global matrix multinational organisations, whilst former Diageo and Ogilvy Brand Communications specialist, Nneoma Ulu will support in helping businesses to unlock the power of communication internally and externally to supercharge their equality positioning.
