Instagram has announced that from today, users can add photos and videos to a story, even if you took them more than 24 hours ago.
Just like you normally would, swipe up from the camera to open your camera roll or tap the gallery icon. Scroll to choose a photo or video, and tap to select what you want to share.
If a photo or video is chosen that’s more than 24 hours old, the user will automatically see a new sticker that helps them add context for when it was taken. Users are able to rotate, resize or remove the date sticker from a story before it has been shared.
