Instagram has introduced a fun way to go live with a friend. Now users can hang out and go live together, helping you share in an authentic way.

It’s easy to add a guest while you’re broadcasting - simply tap the new icon on the bottom right and tap “Add” to invite anyone who’s currently watching. Once they join, the users can see the screen split into two and the friend pops up.

A guest can also be removed and added, or they can choose to exit on their own. The live video can then be shared to stories when the broadcast has ended, or choose “Discard” and the live video will disappear from the app as usual.
