Instagram roll outs new feature

Instagram has announced that it has rolled out its pinned comment feature everywhere. The company began testing the feature in May, which allows any user to pin three comments on a post to the top of a thread. This will allow the author to better control the tone of the comment thread by highlighting positivity and moderating more negative and abusive responses.
