InStyle.com appoints weekend & travel editor

Christine Whitney, previously editorial director at Violet Grey, has been appointed weekend & travel editor at InStyle.com, working on a permalance basis along with other outlets. Christine is based in New York and is looking for pitches from designers who travel often. She would like to talk to them about what and how they pack for trips (see example here).
Christine is also on the lookout for cool new hotels and destinations, etc.
