Department store John Lewis has announced a number of changes to its senior management team. Andrew Murphy, Retail Director, is to take up the newly created role of Group Productivity Director; while Online Director Mark Lewis will take over the role of Retail Director. Dino Rocos, Operations Director, will assume additional responsibilities for the omnichannel customer journey; while Paula Nickolds, Buying and Brand Director, will take up the role of Commercial Director. Additionally, Craig Inglis, Marketing Director, has been appointed Customer Director.
