Jonathan Ward London, a British candle brand and fragrance auteur has announced the launch of its new candle collection, The Scent of Time. Each candle is hand poured in London, and contains a blend of organic coconut oil, organic beeswax and organic vegetable wax (certified Organic by the Soil Association). Jonathan’s double cotton wick, ensures that the candles burn cleanly and evenly, with no black residue left on the glass and ensures a total burn time of 40-45 hours. The wicks are applied using “dipping” with no glues.
The Scent of Time offers seven fragrances inspired by historical figures, from artists to authors, warriors to prophets. The range includes:
- Afreet: This fragrance contains top notes of Blackberry Leaf, Neroli, heart notes of Black Pepper, Liquorice Root and base notes of Black Amber, Jasmine Guaiac Wood.
- Carmen: A scent that has top notes of Ylang Ylang, Tangerine, heart notes of White Grapefruit, Kumquat, Jasmine and base notes of Carnation, Rosewood.
- Cennmor : A fragrance with top notes of Spearmint, Sage, heart notes of Organic Kamatka Vetiver, Honeysuckle, Clover and base notes of Scottish Pine, Jasmine, Moss.
- Dahteshe: A fragranced candle with top notes of Organic Black Pepper, Nutmeg, heart notes of Jasmine Absolut, Saffron, Patchouli and base notes of Black Amber, Guaiac Wood, Leather.
- Mistigris : A fgrance with top notes of Bergamot, white grapefruit, heart notes of Carnation, Carrot Seed, Pink Pepper and base notes of Amber, Myhrr, Tonka Bean
- Roscuro: A scent that contains top notes of Prune, Patchouli, heart notes of Iris, Honey & Hay and base notes of Bailloni Wood, Amber, Tonka Bean.
- Vita: Fragranced candle with top notes of Mandarin, Green Tea, heart notes of Black Pepper, Iris Stamen and base notes of Coumarin, Guaiac Wood, Iris Root.
