JPI Media suspends 12 local print titles

JPI Media has announced that it will suspend 12 local print titles from 30 March. This is amid a 'substantial reduction' in advertising and concerns over home deliveries under the measures imposed to slow the spread of coronavirus.
The following free titles have been suspended:
- Bedfordshire Times & Citizen
- MK Citizen
- Luton Herald & Post
- News Post Leader
- Brighton & Hove Independent
- News Guardian
- Mid Sussex Gazette
- Etc magazine
A small number of the company's paid-for titles have a free-distribution element. The free-distribution element of the following titles will also be suspended:
- West Sussex Gazette
- Crawley Observer
- Hemel Gazette
- Buckingham Advertiser/ Bicester Review
The paid-for part of these titles distribution will continue to be printed for sale.
