Kao Brands Europe has announced the appointment of Debbie Rix as UK General Manager. Debbie, who will be based at the company’s European headquarters in London, joins Kao Brands Europe from Revlon and brings over 20 years of experience in strategic brand marketing.
In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the UK consumer business across the Kao portfolio of brands including John Frieda Brands and Biore. Debbie's career began in the fashion business, managing brands including Pretty Polly, Playtex and Gossard, as well as a four year stint in the US with Hanes.
