Kat Von D Beauty has announced the launch of the Basket Case Anti-Precision Eyeliner in collaboration with the lead singer of Green Day, Billie Joe Armstrong. The eyeliner glides on creamy and allows time to smudge and diffuse in order to achieve the desired look before it sets in place for wear. The Basket Case Anti-Precision Eyeliner will be available exclusively from Debenhams, debenhams.com and debenhams.ie from 19 January and 1 February in-store for £17.
