Les Senteurs unveils new launches

London's oldest independent perfumery Les Senteurs has announced the following new collection launches.
Dusita
Collection of perfume extraits and Eau de parfums, created by Pissara Umavijani. Pissara is a self-taught Thai perfumer based in Paris and backed by her creative team in Grasse, the world capital of scent. The fragrances are a tribute to the work of her father, internationally acclaimed poet Montri Umavijani, inspired by his lifetime quest to find the joy and contentment of paradise.
Five Perfume Extraits evoke states of happiness: Issara, a feeling of freedom with fresh Pine, Coumarin
and White Musk. Melodie De L’Amour , a fusion of White Flowers with Wild Honey. Oudh Infini with rich Agarwood and a sensual Siamese note of Benzoin and Sandalwood, channels the joy of exotic adventure and discovery. Fleur de Lalita is a floral profusion of Rose de Mai, Jasmine and Magnolia, while Erawan is a green herbal scent of citrus, Muguet and sage.
Two Eau de Parfums join Dusita’s unique poetic journey. La Douceur de Siam is Pissara’s tribute to the sublime fragrances and gentle traditions of her Siamese heritage, whilst Le Sillage Blanc pays homage to Green Chypre classics of the past.
The Dusita collection is now available at a starting price of £168.
Les Bain Guerbois
Founded in 1885, the Spa Les Bains Guerbois quickly became the Parisian temple of beauty and well-being, where artists (Manet, Proust, Renoir) and high society met. In 1978 the establishment, renamed Les Bains Douches, became one of the most famous nightclubs in the world. In 2015, Les Bains was transformed into a 5* hotel and revived its club and Spa.
The 1978 Les Bains Douches’ powdery scent is inspired by a night in one of the world’s wildest nightclubs, Negroni Yuzu, Whisky Sage and ribbons of tobacco smoke. Wafts of myrrh, vanilla, patchouli and oriental rose. (Bertrand Duchaufour)
1885 Bains Sulfureux transports the wearer to the Bains Guerbois as a newly opened temple of well-being and beauty emanating fragrances of flowers, plants and herbs. The scent of an evocative concoction blending bergamot, jasmine, rosemary and mandarin arising from the Turkish and Russian baths. The very air of the establishment full of a thousand essences of tolu, labdanum, tonka, benzoin, incense and musk. (Dorothee Piot)
2015 Le Phénix. This scent unfurls with a subtle spiral of cardamom and ginger, patchouli and cedarwood, incense and amber. (Michel Almairac)
2013 Residences d'Artistes. An explosion of colours and of scents, of musk, sandalwood, papyrus, violet, cumin, cardamom, mandarin. An atmosphere of freedom, boldness and creativity rules as art and people come together. A moment. Then it's gone, and only the fragrance remains. (Dorothée Piot)
