Dubai-based luxury communications agency, The Qode has announced its partnership with luxury fashion label, LILY PHELLERA, as its official PR partner in the region. Based in London, the brand draws inspiration from dance and cultural influences from around the world, especially East Asia.
The agency will be handling all communication for the brand across the UAE, and also support with consultation for inquiries from influencers/celebrities outside of the UAE, for international opportunities.
