Flora Indica is a new take on Indian dining, launching on London's Old Brompton Road in October. Designed as a restaurant, bar and lounge, the venue boasts a pair of dedicated cocktail bars alongside a spacious dining area. The ground floor is dedicated to a 30-seat cocktail, gin and whisky lounge with a creative tiffin box menu of snacks and sharing dishes, while the lower-ground floor dining room seats 70 covers and will offer an à la carte and tasting menu. The menu has been carefully created by Head Chef Suresh Pillai, a veteran of leading Indian restaurants Veeraswamy and Gymkhana, with dishes including Isle Of Mull Hand-Dived Scallops pan-seared & poached in juniper-coconut milk, Cornish Mussels with ginger and tamarind broth and a coriander naan and Tamworth Pork Vindaloo with purple garlic and palm vinegar.
