KOBOX, the UK's first boutique boxing gym, has announced its launch. Opening tomorrow (12 December), the KOBOX concept is the brainchild of Barry’s Bootcamp Master Trainer Shane Collins and offers 60 minute classes that combine boxing with strength training in a unique Fight Club Nightclub environment. Set in a 6,000 square foot modern, industrial space just off the Kings Road, each hour-long class aims to build strength, stamina and coordination while cultivating the lean, toned ‘boxing’ body of the moment. The gym features flattering dark red studio lighting, a virtual workout wall to help navigate punching sequences and shock absorbent, nail-friendly water filled punch-bags. KOBOX also offers salon standard hair and skincare products in the locker rooms and a range of healthy protein shakes available to purchase from the KOBOX Kitchen. Wraps, gloves and all equipment is provided and classes are priced at £20 for pay as you go, while class bundles will be available. Additionally, one-to-one and small group boxing sessions are available on request. As an introductory offer, two classes and boxing wraps are available for £25.
