Following three years as the Divisional Communications Director for The Professional Products Division at L'Oréal (Kerastase, Redken, Pureology, L'Oréal Professionnel, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Matrix, Decleor & Carita) Melissa Fernandez has been appointed as General Manager for Redken and Pureology UK and Ireland for the L'Oréal Group. 

Lucie Seffens joins the L'Oréal Professional Products Division Communications team as the new Communications Director to replace Melissa. Lucie joins the team from 1 September following four years at Aveda.
