According to a report from Bloomberg on 28 April, Unilever, L'Oréal and Estée Lauder Companies are among firms vying to acquire Charlotte Tilbury. The London-based brand, founded by make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury is working with advisers and Goldman Sachs Group and Jefferies Financial Group.
Bloomberg has reported that the brand could be acquired for more than £1 billion. Puig, the firm behind Paco Rabanne perfumes, Shiseido and several private equity firms have also shown interest in Charlotte Tilbury, according to the report.
Charlotte Tilbury has not yet made a decision as to when or who will acquire the brand.
