L'Oréal Paris has appointed renowned make-up artist Val Garland as its new Global Makeup Director. Known for her spontaneity and fast-paced creative process, Val will be involved from the first stage of product innovation.

Val comments: I can’t wait to get inside the science labs at this N°1 beauty brand and co-create the makeup that I want to use – and that I think women the world over will want to use too. I’ve always said we don’t need to spend a lot of money to get brilliant, innovative, superior quality makeup products and L’Oréal Paris proves that.
