Consumer agency instinct has expanded its Lucinda Ellery Hair Care Expert account to handle the US PR. This will be the first international client for instinct. Lucinda Ellery is a leading hair loss expert with more than 30 years in the industry. Lucinda opened her first studio in 1984 in London and has now expanded to have eight studios across the US and UK.
