LUSH to open first UK packaging-free Naked shop

Cosmetics brand LUSH has announced the launch of its first UK packaging-free Naked shop. The shop will be on 10 Market Street, Manchester and will be the first 'Naked' cosmetics shop in the country. With awareness of plastic pollution at an all-time high, LUSH’s newest Naked shop will host a number of innovative and plastic packaging-free alternatives. Rather than scanning labels for information, visitors to the shop will instead be able to scan products directly using the recently launched #LushLabs app, replacing packaging with a digital solution. The new Naked shop in Manchester follows the success of LUSH’s first Naked shops in Milan and Berlin.
The LUSH Naked shop, Manchester will open on 18 January at 12.00pm. The first 100 customers through the doors will receive a LUSH Swag 'Fresher Than You' tote bag.
