LVMH acquires Officine Universelle Buly 1803

LVMH announces the acquisition of Officine Universelle Buly, which specialises in perfumes and cosmetics, and has become a recognised symbol of the French art of living. After having been supported and assisted for nearly four years by LVMH Luxury Ventures, a minority investment fund, it now joins the LVMH Group alongside its 75 other Maisons.
