The magazines ELLE, ELLE à Table, ELLE Décoration have collaborated with LVMH Group to launch the first edition of the Prix des Artisanes, in association with l'Institut National des Métiers d'Art and the Chambre des Métiers et de l'Artisanat. The prize aims to support, enhance and promote the know-how of craftswomen working in the fields of fashion, design, wines & spirits and the Preservation of French Patrimony. 

To participate, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be at the head of their company for at least five years;
• Share their know-how with others (hiring apprentices, trainees, acting as teaching in schools…);
• Present their background, achievements, projects and motivations to the editors.
