Make-up artist Rachel Singer-Clark has signed to Premier Hair & Make-up. After being awarded a scholarship at the Parsons School of Art and Design in Paris, Rachel returned to London and began assisting on photo shoots. Rachel then went on to complete a course in make-up covering all aspects from film and TV prosthetics, through to theatre and fashion. Shortly after Rachel landed a role on the beauty desk at Grazia magazine and immersed herself in the beauty business. Rachel then became Wendy Rowe’s assistant, during which she helped launch Burberry beauty and then became an influencer and educator as Brand Ambassador for Elizabeth Arden. Rachel also enjoyed five years travelling the world as Lisa Butler’s first assistant.
