Marks & Spencer has appointed former River Island Managing Director of New Business Development, Fiona Lambert, as Managing Director of Jaeger. Jaeger will be part of the Marks & Spencer family, operating as a separate independent business and so Fiona will be reporting directly to Marks & Spencer Clothing and Home MD Richard Price. Fiona will freely lead the brand re-positioning of Jaeger, supporting the team to revive the "heritage in a relevant, contemporary, and commercial way."
In addition, Tesco Global Brand Director Anna Braithwaite will be joining as Director of Marks & Spencer Clothing and Home Marketing. Anna has also held senior roles at John Lewis, Jacques Vert and Hobbs. In her new role, Anna will lead the streamlined marketing team.
Marks & Spencer purchased the Jaeger brand, products and supporting materials last month.
