MeMeMe Cosmetics has announced the launch of its debut nail polish collection, The MeMeMe Nail Collection. The collection offers 30 shades and three base/top coats; 27 shades in the high-impact Gel Effect formula, and 3 shades in the glistening High Glitter finish, plus a base coat, top coat and matte-finish top coat.
