Personalised jewellery brand Merci Maman has appointed Jean-Michel Ledru as its new CEO, replacing its Founder, Arnaud de Montille, who will take on the role of CFO. Jean-Michel Ledru has experience in finance, sales, training, HR, operations and business management and has worked in more than 25 countries across Europe and Africa. 

Previously head of EDHEC’s Business School corporate incubators and programme director of its MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Jean-Michel has gained significant experience in helping structure and nurture the growth of multiple businesses. The combination of his experience, drive and culture makes him an ideal fit for Merci Maman's next stages of growth.
