Millennium Hotels and Resorts has appointed PR agency, Nia PR. The agency will service its 21 hotel and resort locations in the UK and Europe including the flagship, The Biltmore Mayfair on Grosvenor Square, London. Nia PR will handle the PR and Communications for the hotels and resorts in the group, aligning strategy with the USA and Middle East agencies.
