Focus PR has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for Missbeez, a mobile app for beauty services on-demand. Missbeez CEO and co-founder, Maya Gura, is an expert in media and internet companies specialising in creating new revenue generation opportunities through partnerships and up-sale projects. Prior to Missbeez, Maya was a founding team member at PicScout and co-founder of The Gifts Project, a company which was acquired by eBay.
Seeking her next venture, Maya and co-founder and CTO Gil Bouhnick, a mobility expert, went on to launch Missbeez in Tel Aviv, Israel six months ago, with great success. To date the app has acquired over 10,000 registered users. Currently available in South West and North London, Missbeez is looking to expand throughout Greater London in the coming months. With its sights set on further global expansion, Missbeez’s next market launch is planned for Barcelona in March 2017, followed by Madrid June 2017 and Milan September 2017.
Services currently being offered in the London market include nails, hair removal, lashes, make-up, spray tan and hair treatments to follow at the end of June.
