Mother & Baby magazine has announced The Mum List 2019. Compiled by its readers, it celebrates the top 20 mums who inspire, entertain and reassure us the most. The list includes UK-based bloggers, vloggers and Instagrammers. Louise Pentland, who is mum to two daughters and started her first blog in 2009, came out on top.
