NARS Cosmetics has today opened its first free-standing boutique in London, located on King Street in Covent Garden. Set over two floors, the 930 sq ft store features sharp lines and modern amenities with a sleek design conceived by Founder and Creative Director François Nars and Fabien Baron, of New York design firm Baron & Baron.

The space features an expansive sales area as well as an exclusive lower-level VIP area, showcasing floor-to-ceiling illuminated visuals featuring the latest campaign images. The ground floor features three permanent make-up stations with full height mirrors and integrated lighting and two large TV screens featuring rotating short films created by NARS. There is also a marble bookcase on the lower level showcasing a selection of François Nars’ books. A technology-focused sales area includes a NARS Cult Classics Wall and interactive Magic Mirror technology for customers to instantly share their looks on social media. Unique 413 BLKR products – named for the first NARS boutique – will be sold at this new location in addition to online.
