British wellbeing brand, NEOM Organics has appointed Isabel Malbois as its new CEO, effective immediately, as global growth continues. Isabel joined NEOM as Global Commercial Director in November 2021. She brings a wealth of experience from the beauty industry having spent 15 years at L’Oréal including a 3-year stint in the US as brand president for Urban Decay and latterly as General Manager of Giorgio Armani UK & Ireland. Since becoming Managing Director of NEOM in July 2022, Isabel has built a dynamic and authentic leadership team who lead with kindness, drive strong growth across all categories and have been instrumental in helping to elevate the wellbeing brand and take it into new markets in the US, Canada and Europe.
