O'Connor Publicity has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for BLOK, a new fitness concept in Hackney opening on 1 February. Occupying a converted Victorian tram depot, BLOK will provide an industrial backdrop in which clients can select from a timetable of classes across two studios, alongside London's first broth bar in a gym space. Classes on offer range from restorative yoga to intense cardio burn-out style classes and boxing, as well as unique classes like Primal Movement and Circusfit.
