T Magazine, New York Times' Style Magazine, has announced the promotion of Kurt Soller (pictured, left) from features director to deputy editor. In this role, Kurt will be running the Greats issue and overseeing celebrity wrangling, coordinating outreach efforts, as well as overseeing selected digital projects.

Jared Hohlt (pictured right), previously editor-in-chief at Slate Magazine, has been appointed editorial director. Int this role, Jared will be top editing, working with all the text editors (on both print and, especially, digital), helping to conceive special issues, improving text and processes and managing.

Jared will commence his role 11 July.
