Nike UK has announced that it is launching the Black Community Commitment London, a community grant initiative that supports organisations working to create more equitable spaces, experiences and lasting change for the Black community in London.
This will consist of grants from £5000 to £20,000 being available for non-profit organisations with plans to support projects for up to 12 months in any London borough.
The initiative will invest in organisations focused on, but not limited to:
- Play and sport equity
- Education
- Economic empowerment
- Career development
- Access to mental health support
- Mentorship
- Violence prevention
