Quarterly UK-based music magazine Notion has appointed Russell Dean Stone as editor across print and online. Having started his career as junior editor at now-defunct style mag Sleazenation, as a freelance features writer Russell has gone on to contribute to High Snobiety, Vice, i-D and Noisey. He now moves from his position as online editor at BEAT. Russell will work under Nicholas Douglas, Notion’s Managing Director, on all editorial requests for the publication moving forwards.

In addition to this, Vanessa Lewis Jones has recently joined the team as production co-ordinator and Holly Shaw as production assistant.
