Aisle 8, the communications agency founded by Lauren Stevenson and Virginia Norris that specialises in digitally remastered communications, has been appointed as the UK agency to represent Julienne Bruno, a creative food developer and producer taking plant-based food to new heights. Founded in 2020 by Axel Katalan, a vegan food lover passionate about recreating the boundless eating experiences one usually has with dairy and meat options, Julienne Bruno’s aim is not to imitate or compare. Instead, the brand offers a different perspective on plant-based food, creating familiar, but new products that can be enjoyed by all foodies.
Julienne Bruno is available online at juliennebruno.com, in the Selfridges London Foodhall and can be enjoyed at several UK’s restaurants, including Big Mamma Group. Aisle 8 will oversee the brand’s UK launch, as well as managing founder profiling, product placement and all campaign activity. The brand's team will be led by Jade D’Aubney, supported by Maria Carton and Katie O’Donnell.
