Naomi White Communications has been appointed to represent LIVE BRAVE, an online pilates platform which offers effective, low impact, workouts that focus on functional movements to realign and condition the body. Each class is expertly choreographed so as to challenge members through movement that will build deep full body strength.

LIVE BRAVE was founded by Louise Buttler in 2021 after she and her husband, England cricketer Jos Buttler, used Pilates to stay fit during lockdown. Louise had trained as an instructor after discovering the exercise method during her mum's rehabilitation from chemo. Louise is an advocate for the life-changing capabilities of Pilates, whether it be injury prevention & recovery, staying fit in pregnancy or general strength. Louise is a qualified Stott Pilates instructor and has recently completed her Polestar Comprehensive teacher training.

The LIVE BRAVE platform currently hosts over on-demand 600 classes, with up to 15 new classes being added each month, classes range from beginner to advanced and includes pre and post-natal programmes. Pricing starts at £22 per month with 3 and 6 month subscription plans available.
