Palm PR has been appointed to launch Little Moons and Tsuki Mochi to UK consumers following a deal to supply leading retailers. Little Moons is a line of frozen mochi ice cream, available in six unique flavours, that has secured a listing with Whole Foods. Tsuki Mochi is a range of mochi truffles available in two varieties, which has launched at Selfridges. Palm PR has been set a brief with a campaign across consumer and trade media to raise awareness of both ranges throughout the UK. Central to this will be to deliver first hand reviews of the mochi products from food and drink publications, journalists and bloggers, to secure trusted testimony and endorsement. The agency will also seek to establish mochi as an exciting new culinary trend within the UK’s gastronomic scene.
