Fitness brand Peloton has announced the launch of its debut podcast, Fitness Flipped. Hosted by Peloton instructor and author Tunde Oyeneyin, the podcast challenges and transforms some ideas about health, strength, mental wellness. New, in-depth episodes will drop every Tuesday on the Peloton App with shorter episodes spotlighting Member stories dropping Thursdays.
Through themes including stress, habits, body image, and self-expression, the podcast will dive deep into questions such as: What does it really mean to be strong? Does competition actually have anything to do with winning? Is the most important thing about pushing hard actually rest?
The first episode of Fitness Flipped is now available via the Peloton App, under the “Outdoor” category and “Walking” class type filter, as well as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iHeartRadio and more.
