Australian brand Penny Skateboards has appointed Frank PR as its UK PR agency, coinciding with the brand's descision to expand its global distribution. Frank will work with the brand to build its profile in the UK, with a focus on communicating the brand's illustrious portfolio of retro plastic skateboards. The appointment will see Frank deliver activations to support the brand's seasonal activity and product launches. They will also be responsible for managing the UK press office and influencer engagement work. The initial phase of work will involve launching the brand's first ever 36" longboard. Founded in 2010 and inspired by the old-school plastic skateboards of the seventies, Penny is known for its high-performance, long-lasting plastic skateboards - available in a range of vibrant colours, seasonal prints and retro shapes. The brand is currently stocked in Selfridges and other quality retailers across the UK, as well as 64 countries globally.
