Perfume house Ostens has announced its launch in Autumn 2018 and has appointed UP Public Relations to handle its press and publicity. From Laurent Delafon and Christopher Yu, whose collective experience includes brands such as Diptyque, Cire Trudon, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Fornasetti and Anya Hindmarch. Ostens is a new exploration of scent, welcome and open to everyone – Born of their love of perfume and the origin of ingredients; Ostens is an alternative state of olfactory mind.
Ostens ‘Préparations’ are fragrance oils that celebrate single transformative ingredients (‘hero ingredients’). Due to their unique formulation Ostens offers access to ingredients usually reserved for the perfume industry, in the highest legally and technically permitted concentrations.
Ostens ‘Impressions’ are unexpected fragrances created by some of the worlds most talented perfumers. Inspired by ‘hero’ ingredients, each scent is the result of the pure creative inspiration of the perfumer confronted to the ingredient.
