P&G names President & CEO and Executive Chairman

Procter & Gamble (P&G) has announced the promotion of David S. Taylor from Group President of Global Beauty, Grooming and Health Care to President and CEO, effective from 1 November. David will succeed A.G. Lafley, who will become Procter & Gamble’s Executive Chairman. In this role, A.G. Lafley will lead the Board of Directors, and provide advice and counsel to the CEO and P&G leadership on company and business strategies, portfolio choices, and organisation decisions.
