Philip Kingsley, the luxury global haircare brand, has announced the appointment of new CEO Blake Hughes. Philip Kingsley has seen unprecedented growth across its group of companies, Philip Kingsley Products and Philip Kingsley Trichological Clinics, over the past decade. Blake will focus on defining the company’s long-term business strategy including capitalising on emerging opportunities in the UK, internationally as well as the evolving digital space.
Blake joins the company from premium skincare brand Murad where he has been Managing Director for the past three years. Previously, he has held roles as Managing Director (UK & Ireland) for Elizabeth Arden, Board Member of CTPA (the Cosmetic, Toiletries & Perfumery Association), Beauty Reinvention Project Leader for Marks & Spencer, and Managing Director of Procter & Gamble Prestige. Blake studied Chemistry at Oxford University, began his career in the hair care sector, and has now amassed over 20 years of experience in global beauty care.
