Italian wellness and body care company, The Baldan Group, has launched its Play Skin product to the UK market. Play Skin (£89.99) is a hydrogel mask activated by the micro-currents of a smartphone to regenerate skin in only 10 minutes. Simply download the Play Skin app on a smartphone, apply the two electrodes included to the mask and place it on the face.
The Play Skin mask is connected through the jack of the smartphone, which activates a low-density micro-current acting on a muscle and cell level to regenerate tone and increase radiance, while enhancing the moisturising and anti-ageing substances contained in the mask. The hydrogel mask itself is made of camellia sinensis, a green tea before the drying process. In this form it contains the maximum amount of antioxidants such as flavonoids, vitamins and polyphenols, which counteract the skin ageing process. It also features hyaluronic acid and co-enzyme Q10 to counteract the peroxides that damage the collagen and elastin in the skin.
After the mask, the Renewal Cream is applied, containing glycolic acid and teprenone, which acts as a daily treatment.
