London-designed lingerie brand Playful Promises has released its new, simplified logo, in line with a brand refresh for AW15. The new, clean and simple version will be rolled out throughout the brand’s presence, including a refreshed website and a social media revamp this month. The refresh will compliment new product areas for the brand, steering new styles away from the original frilly corset design, to reflect a ‘grown up’ phase for the business. SS16 will see another development in the form of a clothing line, following the success of sister-brand, Wolf & Whistle. The collection will include figure hugging dresses, with the Playful Promises aesthetic present throughout the line. A diffusion line to echo the refresh comes in the form of Peek & Beau, inspired by dark, high fashion, and aimed at a younger audience than Playful Promises. This latest offering will aim to take the quirky aesthetic of the mainline collection but at a slightly lower price point with styles including open cup bras and tasseled sets.
