Plus 1 Digital has announced that it has acquired AKH Communications, the London PR agency for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and Hampton Court Palace Festival. Additionally, the company has rebranded to become Plus 1 Communications, a fully integrated communications agency offering both PR and digital marketing solutions. Plus 1 Communications will also launch a new office in Dubai to complement existing offices in London and Mumbai. The deal will see Karen Lane (pictured right), Managing Director of Plus 1 Digital become Group Managing Director of Plus 1 Communications and be based in the London. Anna Hope (pictured left), Founder of AKH Communications will become Managing Director of Plus 1 Communications in Dubai, and will also oversee the PR division in London.
