Popcorn PR has appointed Fiona Quiggin as Social and Digital Director. Fiona was previously Senior Content Strategist at Havas People. In her new role, Fiona will be responsible for heading up Popcorn PR’s social and digital across accounts, from strategy to execution, via owned, earned and paid.
